CyberNet Consulting Pty Ltd was established in 1995 with a small number of quality instructional design consultants. Our original work involved the design of self-paced and facilitator-led training materials for systems.

Today our team is around 30 and, although much of our work is still system based, we also complete projects in human resource areas such as management training, sales, customer service and call centre training. We have also added a suite of courses which we are able to tailor to our client's needs. They cover a broad range of topics including business writing, project management, team building and time management.

We have a good understanding of our clients' business and culture and always attempt to provide consultants who have the appropriate skills, traits and experience to meet clients' project requirements. Proof of our success in this is the number of clients we have a long standing business relationship with, and the fact that our clients come back again and again when they have staffing or training project requirements.

We’re very excited about a number of projects we have had this year. Two in particular where we were contracted to produce tailored courses to meet the clients’ specific needs were:

Coles – Train the trainer:
Coles HQ in Melbourne asked us to create a tailored Train the Trainer workshop for their team (from our generic program). Our brief was to create an innovative, fun and (of course) informative Train the Trainer course for managers across the full range of Coles business areas. The course and materials were piloted in Melbourne over 2 days by one of our highly regarded facilitators and considered a great success by all.

Perth In-flight Catering (PIC):
In October we received a request for a tailored course from an up and coming Western Australian catering company – PIC. Our brief this time was to assist managers in dealing with specific communication and conflict issues in the workplace. We developed a 2 day Communication & Conflict course. This course, delivered by a CyberNet trainer, required a delicate touch to address ongoing issues and conflict. The managers, aware of the need to address these problems, were not equipped with the skills to do so. Our course provided these skills and was a tremendous success.
