CyberNet Consulting Pty Ltd was established in 1995 with a small number of quality instructional design consultants. Our original work involved the design of self-paced and facilitator-led training materials for systems.

Today our team is around 30 and, although much of our work is still system based, we also complete projects in human resource areas such as management training, sales, customer service and call centre training. We have also added a suite of courses which we are able to tailor to our client's needs. They cover a broad range of topics including business writing, project management, team building and time management.

We have a good understanding of our clients' business and culture and always attempt to provide consultants who have the appropriate skills, traits and experience to meet clients' project requirements. Proof of our success in this is the number of clients we have a long standing business relationship with, and the fact that our clients come back again and again when they have staffing or training project requirements.

We are currently looking for consultants with the following skill sets:
  • Permanent, part-time (3 days per week) opportunity for a HR specialist in the Newcastle area. The applicant would need 3 to 6 years experience in HR and a degree in HR or a related field (e.g. Organisational Psychology).

  • Permanent, full-time opportunity for a People Administrator role in the Sydney CBD. The role will provide support to our client’s HR team in NSW. It involves administration, data entry, reporting, and coordination activities (such as training and organisational events).

  • A 2 month Sydney-based contract for a technical writer to develop technical end-user documentation. Applicant must be able to work with technical SMEs and have at least 5 years experience and a tertiary qualification in a related discipline.
If you would like more information email us with your query or call Ted Mooney.
